  • 1/2 Brownberry Multicereales® thin
  • 2 oz. cooked chicken (chopped)
  • ½ cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1/8 cup fat-free shredded cheddar cheese (optional )
  • 1 Tbsp black olives, sliced
Directions

Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray; preheat to medium-high. Place chicken on grill and cook until browned and cooked through, flipping once, about 2 to 3 minutes per side. Spread salsa in Pocket Thin®. Stuff with chicken, cheese and shredded lettuce, olive and shredded cheese (optional).

Flavorful Grape Tomato Bruchetta Thins
Ingredients (1 serving)
  • 4 Brownberry Trigo con miel® rolls, separated
  • 4 c. grape tomatoes, sliced in half lengthwise
  • 1 tbsp. aged balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. garlic-infused extra virgin olive oil
  • 12 fresh basil leaves
Directions

Toast the separated Sandwich Thins rolls to a light golden brown. In a bowl, mix tomatoes with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Stack basil leaves and roll them in the shape of a log. Horizontally slice the rolled basil, making ribbons. Toss most of the cut basil with the tomatoes, reserving a bit of fresh basil to garnish.   • ¼ cup cucumber slices

Directions

In a mini chopper or food processor, combine basil, cilantro, lime juice, ginger; pulse until smooth.

carrots; toss to combine and set aside. Coat a grill or grill pan with cooking spray; preheat to
