The grocery store can either be your best friend or the gateway to grabbing that greasy bag of chips as you walk in with a grumbling stomach.

Shopping at lunchtime? Pick up a rotisserie chicken and a loaf of Brownberry Healthfull® bread to whip up an easy chicken salad that will provide your body with protein and whole grains. A solid lunch meal that will help keep your resolution on track!

Easy Chicken Salad
Ingredients
• 1 loaf of Brownberry Healthfull® bread (any variety)
• 1 Precooked Rotisserie Chicken (from the grocery store)
• 1 Apple
• 1½ cup of Miracle Whip (to taste)
• ½ cup of Dried Cranberries
• Salt, Pepper, and Garlic Powder to taste

Serving Size: 6 sandwiches
Directions: Pull the meat off of a precooked rotisserie chicken from the grocery store and put into your food processor. Cut the core off of an apple and chunk it up. Food process until it is fairly well chopped up, but not mushy. Toss into a bowl with about 1 ½ cup of Miracle Whip (to taste), ½ cup of dried cranberries, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste. Pile it on your favorite Brownberry Healthfull® Bread. Serve and enjoy!
