This nutritious sandwich can be made with any of the six Brownberry Rolls varieties: 100% Whole Wheat, Potato, Everything, Flax & Fiber, Honey Wheat or Multi-Grain.
Middle Eastern Egg Salad
- 1 Brownberry Sandwich Thins® Rolls 100% Whole Wheat roll
- 3 egg whites, hard boiled
- 3 tsp. plain hummus
- 1/4 avocado, sliced
- 6 thin slices cucumber
- 4 thin slices tomato
Recipe Makes One Sandwich
Chop egg whites into small pieces. Combine egg whites and hummus in medium size bowl. On both slices of the Sandwich Thins® roll, spread the egg white and hummus mixture and place the avocado and cucumber slices on top. Finish with tomato slices on each roll and enjoy this classic open-faced sandwich.
