Quick and Easy Five Ingredient Cuban Sandwich
1 Brownberry Sandwich Thins® Rolls 100% Whole Wheat roll
3-4 oz. low-sodium, lean, smoked ham, thinly sliced
1 thin slice reduced-fat provolone cheese
6-7 small slices of dill pickle
1 tbsp. yellow mustard
Recipe Makes One Sandwich
Split all ingredients evenly onto one side of the Sandwich Thins roll, beginning with mustard, ham, cheese and pickles. Top with mustard and the other Sandwich Thins roll side. Place in a sandwich press or place in a hot skillet and press down on the sandwich with a heavy saucepan. Once sandwich is heated through, about 3 to 5 minutes, remove from heat and dig in!
