2 slices Brownberry® Healthfull® Flax and Sunflower bread
3 oz. roasted turkey breast
2 tbsp. low-fat mayo
6 medium green grapes
1 ½  tbsp. walnuts, chopped
1 slice red onion, finely chopped
1 tsp. fresh parsley
2 large romaine lettuce leaves
Ground pepper to taste

This Recipe Makes Two Servings

Directions: Take turkey and shred by hand into small pieces. Combine in medium bowl: turkey, grapes, walnuts, onion, parsley, mayo and pepper. Toast 2 slices Arnold bread to desirable temperature. Place turkey salad evenly on both slices of bread and top each with romaine leaf.  Serve open-faced.
