1 tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1 leaf romaine lettuce
4 oz. turkey breast, low fat, low sodium
1/2 medium tomato, sliced
1/2 avocado, sliced
Directions 

On the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll, spread the mayonnaise and place the following ingredients in order - lettuce, turkey, tomato, and avocado. Place the top half of the roll on top and enjoy.
