"Gouda For You" Ham Sandwich

Ingredients (1 serving)
4 slices black forest ham
1 slice Gouda cheese, halved
2 fresh basil leaves, shredded
1 tbsp. purple cabbage, sliced
3-2" long squash pieces, sliced 1/4" thick
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. olive oil
Directions 

Heat olive oil and lemon juice in a saute pan over medium heat. Add squash slices and cook until tender. Assemble the sandwich by placing the slices of black forest ham on the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll; then, layer each of the following ingredients - Gouda cheese, squash, purple cabbage, basil, and the top of the Sandwich Thins roll.
