Ingredients (1 serving)
2 tsp. (one on top, one on bottom) nonfat mayonnaise
4 medium slices cooked chicken breast
2 slices tomato
3 strips yellow bell pepper
2 leaves romaine lettuce
Directions 

Spread nonfat mayonnaise onto one slice of bread; layer with chicken slices, tomatoes, yellow pepper, lettuce, and remaining bread slice. Cut in half and serve.
