Ingredients (1 serving )
3 1/2 oz. lean turkey breast, thinly sliced
1 c. arugula leaves
3 slices cucumber
1 slice smoked fontina cheese
1 slice tomato
*Low-fat Garlic and Herb Mayo Ingredients:
1 small clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. low-fat mayonnaise
Directions 

Mix garlic, parsley, and mayonnaise to make garlic and herb mayo mixture. On the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll, place ingredients in following order - garlic and herb mayo, turkey, arugula, cucumber, cheese, and tomato. Cover with top half of the roll and enjoy!
