Ingredients (1 serving)
2 Tbsp hummus
1/2 cup lettuce
2 tomato slices
2 onion slices
1/4 cup cucumber slices
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
Directions 

Spread 2 tablespoons hummus onto bottom half of a Sandwich Thins® roll.Top with lettuce, tomato, onion,cucumber, sprouts and top half of the Sandwich Thins® roll. Cut sandwich diagonally into quarters; secure with wooden picks.
