Ingredients (1 serving)
5 oz. chicken, cooked and diced
2 tbsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1 oz. celery, diced fine
1 oz. dried cranberries
1 leaf Bibb lettuce
Directions 

Mix together the chicken, nonfat mayonnaise, celery, and cranberries until the mayonnaise is evenly dispersed throughout. Smear the spread on the bottom half of the Sandwich Thins roll. Top the sandwich with Bibb lettuce and top half of the Sandwich Thins roll.
