Ingredients (1 serving)
1/4 c. alfalfa sprouts
1/4 red tomato, sliced
1/4 c. cucumber, sliced
1/4 tbsp. carrots, shredded
1 slice provolone cheese
1 tsp. honey mustard
Directions 

Spread half of the honey mustard on each half of a Sandwich Thins roll. Place tomato and cucumber on bottom half of roll along with shredded carrots. Top with provolone cheese, alfalfa sprouts and the other half of the Sandwich Thins roll.
