2 tsp. nonfat mayonnaise
1 slice pepper jack cheese
4 oz. buffalo chicken or cracked pepper turkey slices
1 tsp. fresh cilantro, coarsely chopped
Directions 

Spread the mayonnaise on each slice of bread and layer turkey, cheese, and cilantro. Top with second slice of bread. Slice and enjoy!
