2 slices of Brownberry Oatnut bread

3/4 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt

1 teaspoon green tea powder

1 teaspoon honey

1/2 teaspoon ginger juice

1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

1/3 cup chopped strawberries

2 tablespoons prepared granola

2 tablespoons toasted slivered almonds

1/3 cup chopped pineapple

1 teaspoon chopped crystallized ginger

1 tablespoon toasted sunflower seeds

2 teaspoons chia seeds
Direcciones
- Combine yogurt, green tea powder, honey, ginger juice and lemon zest.
- Spread each bread slice with 1/4 cup yogurt mixture.
- Place granola, strawberries and almonds on top of one bread slice.
- Top the other slice with pineapple, ginger, sunflower seeds, and chia seeds.
- Spread remaining yogurt mixture over pineapple filling.
- Carefully sandwich both filled bread slices together.
