Ingredients
- 2 slices of brownberry Potato bread
- ½ pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- ½-1 teaspoon fresh chili pepper, minced
- Butter, to taste
- 2 slices Muenster cheese
- 1 slice Chihuahua cheese
Instructions
- In a medium skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned.
- Drain the excess liquid and return skillet to heat.
- Add in the brown sugar, ketchup, mustard and minced chili pepper, and stir to combine.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice, butter side down, in a small skillet over medium-low heat.
- Top with both slices of Muenster cheese, followed by sloppy joe mixture, Chihuahua cheese and remaining bread slice, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown on bottom.
- Flip carefully and continue to cook until second side is golden brown.
- Enjoy!
