The BLTT

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brownberry Organic 22 Grains & Seeds
  • 2 slices bacon
  • 2 butter lettuce leaves
  • 1 red heirloom tomato, sliced
  • 1 yellow heirloom tomato, sliced
  • Dill dressing (recipe follows)
  • Dill Dressing:
  • 2 tablespoons dill, finely chopped
  • ⅔ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. For dill dressing, place all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Mix everything until combined.
  3. In a skillet on medium-high heat, cook bacon until crispy (about 10 minutes, flipping halfway through).
  4. On one slice of bread, layer on the lettuce, bacon, tomatoes and dill dressing.
  5. Top with the second slice of bread.
