Ingredients

  • 4 slices of brownberry Healthy Multigrain bread
  • 12.5 oz. can of chunk white chicken breast meat, drained
  • 5.3 oz. fat-free lemon Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 c. diced green apple
  • 1/4 c. sliced almonds

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, stir together chicken, yogurt, apple, and almonds; season to taste.
  2. Place half of mixture between the two slices of bread to make one serving.
