Ingredients (1 serving)
2 oz. solid white tuna, drained
1 oz. feta cheese, crumbled
3 large black olives, chopped
1/2 small red pepper, roasted, peeled, seeded, and chopped
1 tbsp. non-fat Italian dressing
Directions 

Mix tuna, feta cheese, olives, and peppers with Italian dressing. Spread tuna on two slices of toasted bread and top each with other toasted slices. Enjoy!
