Bacon, Peanut Butter and Pineapple Hawaiian Whammy Sammie

Ingredients

  • 1 Brownberry Multigrain Sandwich Thins roll
  • 4 oz. pineapple (canned or fresh), thinly sliced
  • 3 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 1 tbsp. peanut butter (smooth or chunky)
  • 1 banana, sliced

Directions

  1. Toast the separated Sandwich Thins roll to a light golden brown.
  2. Microwave turkey bacon until cooked.
  3. Spread peanut butter onto one side of the roll.
  4. Layer turkey bacon, pineapple, and banana.
  5. Place other side of the roll and enjoy!
