Ingredients
- 4 slices of brownberry Honey Nut bread
- 1 c. cooked sweet potatoes, mashed
- 2 tbsp. green salsa
- 2 slices lean cooked ham
- 2 pineapple rings
Instructions
- Place 2 slices bread on work surface.
- Spread ½ c. mashed sweet potatoes on one slice of bread.
- Add 1 tbsp. green salsa on top of sweet potatoes.
- Top with 1 slice of ham and 1 pineapple ring.
- Cover with remaining slice of bread.
- Repeat above steps for second sandwich.
