4 slices of Brownberry White bread, toasted and cubed

2 romaine lettuce leaves, cut into small squares

4 slices deli pepperoni, quartered

16 black olives

16 grape tomatoes

8 slices salami, sliced in half

16 Mozzarella balls

¼ cup Italian dressing

Special Tools: 16 bamboo skewers
Directions
- Skewer 1 toasted bread cube, 1 lettuce square, 1 quarter slice pepperoni, 1 black olive, 1 toasted bread cube, 1 grape tomato, 1 half slice salami, 1 Mozzarella ball and 1 more toasted bread cube.
- Repeat the process with remaining bamboo skewers.
- Serve skewers with a side of Italian dressing.
