Melty Colby & Steamed Veggie Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Brownberry 100% Whole Wheat bread
  • 1 oz. nonfat cream cheese
  • 1 slice Colby cheese
  • 1/4 c. broccoli, steamed
  • 1/4 c. cauliflower, steamed
  • garlic salt to taste

Directions

  1. Toast slices of bread. Spread 1/2 ounce of nonfat cream cheese on each slice.
  2. On one slice, place Colby cheese on top of cream cheese, followed by steamed broccoli and cauliflower.
  3. Shake garlic salt on veggies to taste.
  4. Top with second piece of bread, cream-cheese side down.
  5. Slice and enjoy!
