Peanut Butter and Jelly Roll-ups

  • 2 slices of Brownberry White bread
  • 1 tbsp. reduced-fat peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp. jelly


  1. Flatten the bread slices with a rolling pin.
  2. Spread peanut butter and jelly on both slices of bread, leaving a one-inch space on one end.
  3. Starting with the end with the most jelly, roll up into a sushi roll. Pinch seam closed.
  4. Turn seam down, and slice into half-inch pieces of sushi.
  5. Enjoy!
