Ingredients
- 2 slices of brownberry 100% Whole Wheat bread
- 1.5 tablespoon mustard (divided between 2 slices of bread)
- 2 oz. lean deli turkey
- 1 oz. low-fat mozzarella
- 4 slices tomatoes
- 2 leaves spring lettuce
Instructions
- Spread mustard onto a slice of bread
- Layer with turkey, mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce.
- Cut in half and serve.
