Simply Satisfying Turkey & Mozzarella Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brownberry 100% Whole Wheat bread
  • 1.5 tablespoon mustard (divided between 2 slices of bread)
  • 2 oz. lean deli turkey
  • 1 oz. low-fat mozzarella
  • 4 slices tomatoes
  • 2 leaves spring lettuce

Instructions

  1. Spread mustard onto a slice of bread
  2. Layer with turkey, mozzarella, tomatoes and lettuce.
  3. Cut in half and serve.
