Spiced & Sweet Curry Mayo and Apple Sandwich
Ingredients

2 slices of brownberry Organic Smooth Wheat bread
- 2 thin slices smoked turkey
- 1/3 c. sprouts
- 2 tsp. nonfat mayonnaise
- 1/4 of an apple, thinly sliced
- 1/4 of an avocado, thinly sliced
- Curry to taste
Instructions
- Mix 2 tsp of nonfat mayonaise and curry to taste
- Spread curry mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
- Layer turkey, sprouts, apple, and avocado between the slices of bread.
- Cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
