Spiced & Sweet Curry Mayo and Apple Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of brownberry Organic Smooth Wheat bread
  • 2 thin slices smoked turkey
  • 1/3 c. sprouts
  • 2 tsp. nonfat mayonnaise
  • 1/4 of an apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 of an avocado, thinly sliced
  • Curry to taste

Instructions

  1. Mix 2 tsp of nonfat mayonaise and curry to taste
  2. Spread curry mayonnaise on each slice of bread.
  3. Layer turkey, sprouts, apple, and avocado between the slices of bread.
  4. Cut sandwich in half and enjoy!
