TBALT Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 2 slices of Brownberry 100% Whole Wheat bread, toasted
  • 1 avocado
  • 4 leaves romaine lettuce
  • 4 slices turkey bacon, cooked
  • 1 large tomato, sliced

Directions

  1. Mash the avocado in a small bowl then spread on 1 side of both slices of toasted bread.
  2. Layer 2 romaine lettuce leaves on 1 slice.
  3. Top with sliced tomatoes and 2 slices of turkey bacon.
  4. Add a second layer of lettuce, tomato and bacon, then top with second toast slice, avocado side down.
