On The Trail Sandwich

Ingredients

  • 4 slices of Brownberry Health Nut bread
  • 4 Tbsp almond butter
  • 8 slices banana
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup snipped dried apricots
  • 1/4 cup chopped toasted slivered almonds
  • 2 Tbsp flake coconut
  • 2 Medjool pitted dates, mashed
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

Directions

  1. Place 2 slices bread on a work surface.
  2. Spread with the almond butter.
  3. Top with banana slices.
  4. In a small bowl combine the rest of the ingredients; mix well.
  5. Cover the banana slices, then place on the remaining 2 bread slices.
